GROUNDSPRING SOCIAL: SAT NOV 21, WORCESTER with shared transport to LWA AGM (on Sunday and Monday)

Calling all those who spring on the ground, who delight in the wonders of nature, with grubby hands and soggy boots and rosy cheeks and big grins... the autumn nights are here, and it's time to gather, feast, tell stories and make plans. I will be delighted to welcome you to The Fold, where we can do a farm walk, make music and pizzas, drink some ales and put our exceedingly smart heads together to see where we want to take Groundspring Network. Perhaps some of us can put our stories and images on record to add to our media profile. Perhaps we can plan a tour of others on their farms to do the same. We can talk Oxford Real Farming Conference, and Land Workers Alliance, and farm tours, and an early Spring social if we want one...

Sleeping will be camping style on a warm carpeted floor in the farmhouse (need to bring a camp mattress and sleeping bag). We'll need to collect some pennies or even pounds for foods (pizzas and salad and breakfast) between us. BYO booze.

The following day is the Land Workers Alliance AGM in Coventry, and I plan to go, in a fairly large car with room for 4 more (first come first served) - it's a very very fun and interesting group - I highly recommend coming along. It starts at 10am so we'll need to get away pretty quick in the morning.
