"We‘re developing our business by creating systems to evaluate the experience of those involved with us, as students, apprentices, volunteers, and CSA members. The successful candidate will work with the Education and Communication Officer to research, develop and implement these systems, as well as respond to the findings in order to improve the experience of learners and members.

We are also expanding our volunteering opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading volunteer days, events and horticultural activities on site, as well as for carrying out volunteer recruitment and continuous evaluation and improvement of volunteer experiences."
