FUTURE GROWER APPRENTICE VACANCY The Organic Farm Shop, Abbey Home Farm is looking for a hardworking passionate about organic growing person who wants to be a vegetable grower and has already had some experience as a wwoofer or seasonal worker to join our gardening team this spring, with a view to becoming our next 2 year Future Grower apprentice in the summer. ASSISTANT GROWER VACANCY The Organic Farm Shop, Abbey Home is looking to recruit an Assistant Grower with at least 3 years experience in Organic Vegetable production on a commercial scale to join our growing team. Competent tractor skills are essential. The successful applicant will be expected to enthusiastically engage with all aspects of the business including growing, selling and educating others. A ‘can do’ attitude, ability to be a team player and a passion for Organic and Sustainable food production is a must. Accommodation is available with the position.
