"We need 2 Trainee Growers for 6 months for the 2016 season. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your horticultural learning by spending 4 days a week on the farm working with the Crop Manager to grow organic, sustainable food for 67 local families. While this is not a paid position we can offer a £100/week stipend to help with living expenses – but we are not able to offer accomodation.
