Kensons Farm are looking for a full time assistant grower. Hugh and Liz Collins are growers with 15 years’ experience, and have hosted Soil Association Future Growers trainees for the last four years. They are now looking for a new full time trainee to live and work at the farm for at least one year, and would be very pleased to take on an apprentice for a full two years.
The position is full time with some weekend work during the asparagus season. Basic wage with overtime after 39 hours per week, and statutory holiday. Self-contained mobile home accommodation provided free of charge.
