An exciting position for a partnership gardener is available from 1st March 2016
Salary
Accommodation & Food can be provided with a profit share of sales
Negotiable terms & flexibility depending on experience
Current Role
Germinating, Propagating, planting and harvesting crops. Plant scheduling and nursery programming. Managing field design and planting rotas
Volunteer management and scheduling
Required Skills
Passion! Enthusiasm! Dedication!
Nursery Experience, Plant scheduling & planting to rota.Harvesting & processing, creating new markets & developing sales. Soil management and bed development.
Basic knowledge of pests & diseases,Team management & computer literate.
Training
I am happy to invest my own time in teaching and training
for the right person.

Its goal is to become an Educational working farm with access for all of the community
Including the probation service,social services,Gp Referral and other front line support.
There is potential for the right person/s to help develop and get involved.
