"Spend this year’s growing season at Windmill Hill City Farm developing your gardening expertise and volunteer management skills. We need a self-motivated, dynamic individual to help maintain and develop our community gardens on a weekday and to lead a weekend gardening session for volunteers from the local community.
The successful candidate will have a varied horticultural skillset: the ability to creatively develop garden spaces, knowledge of food growing, a willingness to get stuck in to manual work and to use garden machinery. They will also have experience of motivating volunteers with diverse backgrounds.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in our gardening programme during our 40th year."
